Dr Mosibudi Mangena became involved in politics during the Apartheid struggle. He was elected President of Azapo in 1994. Following the 1999 elections he became the sole Azapo representative in the National Assembly and currently serves as Minister of Science and Technology. (Werner Beukes, Sapa)
