The African Christian Democratic Party (ACDP) aims to represent Christians as well as all those who have a high regard for moral values. The party has grown from 0.45% of the national vote in the 1994 elections to 1.6% in 2004. The ACDP opposes some bills currently enshrined in our Constitution, such as the same-sex marriage bill.
